Refund & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the dispatch of your order. If you are not happy with a product, return your purchase (in its original condition, accompanied by the original invoice) we will access the items once they return and a full refund will be given. Hot Chili have the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements. All exchanges must be finalised in a 20 day window.
Please do not send back your purchase before contacting us at email@example.com explaining the reason for the return or exchange and receiving an approval notification. If you are returning it due to a pre-existing manufacturing fault you must provide photo evidence for our assessment.
The cost of returning an item for refund or exchange is at the buyers expense, unless you are returning it for a pre-existing manufacturing fault. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for. If a refund is issued it will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items. All international sales are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds.
